Lisa Gansner
Miss Lisa is the owner and operator of Dance Express & Tumbling. She is a Former St. Louis Rams Cheerleader. She has studied dance at Webster University, coached Competitive School Dance & Tumbling Teams along with directing and choreographing studio competitive dance for years. Lisa has over 30+years of local & Professional dance and acro experience. Lisa has owned and operated her own dance and tumbling/acro studio since the age of 25. She has performed in a variety of productions including West Side Story & Grease. Along with her teaching and performance skills, Miss Lisa has also won a variety of Choreography awards from Regional Competitions. She has 2 Master degrees, one in School Administration and Counseling as well as her Bachelor's in education. From Lisa....I am also the mother of four amazing kids- 3 boys, one girl. I started dancing and tumbling at the age of 5. My love for dance, acro and children pointed me in the direction of becoming a studio owner and instructor. Some of my former students have gone on to be college dance and cheer team members. I am very passionate and enthusiastic about children. I feel Dance and Acro should be fun, happy, safe, natural, a release for a child, and a place where they can simply be “them”. Can't wait to see what the future has in store for us! |

Ella-Grace Gansner
Ella-Grace has joined us in 2022 on our Staff side. She has won many achievements as a competitive dancer. She was awarded a number of Choreography Awards in the 22-23 season for her wonderful works with the DET Competition Students. She is part of the Kinfigure Kollective Team. She has been dancing since she was 2 and, she wouldn't change it for the world! She loves watching the kiddos she has been working with achieve many goals and can't wait to see how amazing they are when they get older! She thrives to become a professional dancer. |
AMELIA WIBBENMEYER
Miss Amelia was born and raised in Ste. Genevieve on a farm, but grew up loving dance and gymnastics, along with animals. She was a gymnast for 12 years and dancer for 6. She was a cheerleader at Ste. Genevieve Middle School and High School for 6 years and after graduating was accepted to be a part of the Mineral Area College Cheerleading Squad. Her husband, Andrew and she have three amazing kiddos together. Reese who loves being outdoors, is very artistic and creative. Ruby also loves being outdoors and is our sassy, wild child. Ronan enjoys his family time.
From Amelia....I love working with kids and not only do I work with them at the studio, I also am a Title I aide at Ste. Genevieve Elementary School. I have been at the elementary for 6 years now. I had missed dance and gymnastics so much that when Lisa asked me to join Dance Express, of course I said ‘Yes!’ I have now been with the studio for 5 years! Watching these kids learn and grow in their love for dance and gymnastics makes me so happy and ecstatic for them!! These children truly are AMAZING!

Megan Kueker
Megan comes to us with more than 25 years of dance experience. Megan competed in numerous dance competitions throughout her early and teenage years. While in high school she was selected at a St. Louis dance competition to perform in the Hawaii half-time Pro Bowl. She also had the opportunity to meet Paula Abdul at a dance convention and Paula awarded her as the best leaper of the entire dance camp. Megan attended Southeast Missouri State University and was a member of the Southeast Sundancers dance team for three years. While on this team they competed in national dance competitions and also UDA camps where she was selected as a Top Gun Leaper. After college Megan auditioned for the St. Louis Rams Cheerleaders. She was a part of this team for three years and was selected to be a captain her third and final year with the squad. While being a part of the Rams Megan was given the opportunity to dance at the Chinese New Years parade in Hong Kong, as well as London, England and various places throughout the United States.
Megan has experience coaching the Ste. Genevieve High School Cheerleaders and Emeralds Dance Team. She is also a leader of the Ste. Genevieve Elementary Dancing Dragons group. Megan graduated from Lewis and Clark Community College with her Associates in Science Degree and then attended Southeast MO State University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. She then received her Master's Degree in Reading and a Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership. She is currently a Supplemental Reading Teacher for the Ste. Genevieve School District. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Dustin and two children, Cameron and Kinley. She has enjoyed bringing her love and passion of DANCE to everyone at Dance Express!

Jessica Palmer
Jessica Palmer is in her second season with DET. She has many years of acro experience when she was competing with Flipside-Mary Lou. Her love for acro began when she was little and continued all through high school. She competed in Regional and National Competitions in several states winning many titles.
Her passion is for helping kids find their love of acro too. She loves teaching them and celebrating their own successes and excitement for this sport.

Billie Basler
Miss Billie is married to Adam, momma of 3 - Loves watching her kids do the things they love, a busy sports mom - is a Respiratory Therapist / and loves helping people @TheOilyRT - was in gymnastics for 13 years & loves being back in the same building helping her daughter’s gymnastics class. Miss Billie loves to go camping & travel. She loves to be active in her kid’s school and enjoys helping organize family events in her Parish.

Kelly Jokerst
Miss Kelly. She was born and raised in Ste. Genevieve, and loved it so much she is raising her family here too! Kelly was a gymnast at Flipside for 15 years! Some of her best memories were on the tumbling mats, at competitions, and the many gymnastics practices! This year, she is helping with acro classes.

Miss Angie. She is the Teeny Dance teacher and enjoys helping the girls learn ballet and tap techniques. Angie's love for dancing started when she was a young girl and she loves spreading her passion for dance with all the littles.

Jennifer Roth
Miss Jen joined our staff in 2019. You can often find her at our front desk, helping in our Teeny Dance and Tumble Classes, behind the scenes everywhere! Miss Jen has magical unicorn powers and brings joy to whichever kids are in her path.

Jennifer Bradshaw
Miss Jen. Jen began helping Miss Lisa with whatever she needed when she started DET at the community center before moving into the building we are in now. She is now the Front Office Staff for DET. She is the one that is behind the desk answering whatever questions you might have and helping Miss Lisa and the DET Staff with whatever they need help with. Miss Jen did dance and tumbling when I was younger and did cheer in school.
From Jennifer... I love watching all the kiddos grow and learn new things at the studio. Including my own daughter Londyn who has been at DET since day 1 in August of 2018. I enjoy when the older girls come in and know that I always have snacks for them that I don't ever let them go into class hungry. Some days it's better/healthier than others but I love all my girls at the studio.
When I am not at the studio I am busy being a wife to Brandon and mom of 5. I have a 17 year old Gavin, 13 year old Karter, 11 year old Tanner, 8 Year old Londyn and 6 year old Greyson.

She has been dancing for 13 years and this in her first year not dancing but second year helping and teaching dance with Miss Lisa. She has been selected as a SEMO Sundancer!

Sarah Grass
Miss Sarah joined our staff in 2022. Miss Sarah was born and raised in Ste. Genevieve. She is currently raising her two daughters Katherine and Annabelle with her husband Mike. Sarah was a gymnast at Flipside. Sarah spends most of her time spending time with family and running her kids to all their activities. We loving being outdoors on the family farm and helping the girls with their 4H animals. Sarah also helped coach a Natural Disasters Volleyball team for her daughter Katherine. We are a very busy family who loves to play sports, hike, farm and spend time with family and friends.

Addison Shuh
Miss Addison started out as one of our junior assistants assisting Miss Lisa in the dance classes. She is often found tapping and helping with many more dance classes as well! She is a competitive dancer with DET and the Valle Dance Line.
